The Fresno Superior Court offers a number of options for resolving your traffic infraction case without coming to court. Until further notice and due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Clerk's Office at the "M" Street Traffic Courthouse will continue to be temporarily closed.

How to Resolve Your Case Without Coming to Court During COVID 19 This allows the parties to be able to take care of their case without having to drive to Fresno. They are assisted by a court employee who is appearing remotely from the courthouse. The Court ACCESS locations in the cities of Orange Cove and Mendota provide access to court services without coming to the M Street Courthouse in downtown Fresno. There are frequently long lines so please arrive early for the check in process.

If you wish to appear in court for the morning arraignment calendar you must check in with the Traffic Clerk's Office located at the M Street Courthouse at 2317 Tuolumne Street by 9:30 a.m. The morning arraignment calendar is heard Monday - Wednesday. The drop box is available Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you fail to address your citation by the due date a civil assessment of up to $300 may be added to your balance and you may be deemed to have elected to proceed to a trial by written declaration pursuant to California Vehicle Code section 40903.
